Personal Certification and Special training system

In 2002, we implemented the System of Personal Certifications for all company management members and the System of Professional Training. Personal certifications and professional training are to ensure state-of-the-art knowledge for all company personnel in the field of cleaning procedures and technologies.

The personal certification ensures that, due to a relatively complex system of written and oral tests, personnel are really acquainted with the knowledge mentioned above and they are able to apply it in practice. The Personal Certificate is a confirmation of successful certification.

From the product implementation point of view - providing of quality cleaning services - the personal qualification is absolutely crucial as it doesn’t describe only processes within the society - at the same time, it emphasises human being and their real knowledge. And we do consider human abilities and knowledge in particular to be the most important asset when providing cleaning services.
